약품 목록과 보관한 처방전은 사용자 본인의 기기(및 본인 iCloud)에만 저장됩니다.
무료 AI 기능을 사용할 때에만 분석에 필요한 사진·본문이 이지앱랩스의 국내 서버로 전송되며, 서버는 분석이 끝나면 사진과 내용을 저장하지 않습니다.

기기에 저장되는 정보

사용자가 앱에서 입력·저장하는 데이터는 아래 위치에만 저장되며, 이지앱랩스는 이 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다.

AI 기능과 데이터 전송

AI 기능은 사용자가 요청할 때에만 동작하며, 사용자가 고른 AI 엔진에 따라 데이터가 전송되는 곳이 다릅니다.

2-1. 무료 AI (기본 제공)

별도 등록 없이 쓰는 무료 AI는 이지앱랩스가 운영하는 국내 서버를 거쳐 처리됩니다.

  • 전송된 사진과 내용은 분석 결과를 돌려준 뒤 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.
  • 분석 처리를 위해 외부 AI 처리 업체를 이용할 수 있으며, 이때에도 분석에 필요한 사진·본문만 전달하고 기기 식별값 등은 전달하지 않습니다.
  • 처방전에는 이름, 생년월일, 의료기관 등 개인정보가 포함될 수 있습니다. 약 목록만 필요하다면 해당 부분을 가리고 촬영하셔도 됩니다.

2-2. 본인 API 키 사용 (선택)

설정에서 본인 API 키를 등록한 경우, 앱이 아래 서비스와 직접 통신하며 이지앱랩스 서버를 거치지 않습니다.

사용하는 기능에 따라 약품 본문, 알약 사진, 처방전 사진이 선택한 서비스로 전송되며, 해당 서비스의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다. 이용 요금은 사용자 본인의 계정에 청구됩니다.

2-3. Apple Intelligence (기기 내장)

iOS 26 이상 기기의 내장 AI를 선택하면 분석이 기기 안에서 처리되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

2-4. 공공 데이터

약품 조회 시 식품의약품안전처 공공데이터포털 API(apis.data.go.kr)를 호출합니다. 검색어 외의 개인정보는 전송하지 않습니다.

서버가 보관하는 이용 정보

무료 AI 이용 한도 관리와 부정 이용 방지를 위해, 서버는 아래 정보만 보관합니다. 이름·연락처·사진·처방 내용은 보관하지 않습니다.

iCloud 동기화

약품 목록 등 앱 데이터는 CloudKit 을 통해 사용자의 iCloud 계정에 암호화 저장되어, 같은 Apple ID 로 로그인한 기기 간 동기화됩니다.

  • 이 데이터는 Apple 의 iCloud 인프라에 저장되며, Apple 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
  • 이지앱랩스는 사용자의 iCloud 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다.

광고 · 추적 · 분석

Firebase, Google Analytics, Meta SDK 등 광고·추적·분석 목적의 SDK 가 포함되어 있지 않습니다.

이용 대상

본 앱은 의료인과, 본인이 처방받은 약의 정보를 알고 싶은 일반인을 위한 참고 도구입니다. 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

사용자의 권리

  • 앱 내 [더보기] → [초기화] 에서 기기에 저장된 모든 데이터(보관한 처방전 포함)를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
  • iOS 설정 > Apple ID > iCloud 에서 처방의약품정보의 iCloud 저장 공간을 관리·삭제할 수 있습니다.
  • Keychain 에 저장된 API 키는 앱 삭제 시 함께 제거됩니다.
  • 서버에 보관된 이용 정보의 열람·삭제는 아래 문의처로 요청하실 수 있습니다.

At a glance

Your drug list and saved prescriptions are stored only on your device (and in your own iCloud).
Only when you use the free AI features are the photos or text needed for analysis sent to EasyAppLabs' server in Korea, and the server does not keep them once the analysis is returned.

AI Features and Data Transfer

AI features run only when you request them. Where data goes depends on the AI engine you choose.

2-1. Free AI (default)

The free AI, available without registration, is processed through a server operated by EasyAppLabs in Korea.

  • Photos and content are not stored on the server after the result is returned.
  • We may use external AI processors for the analysis; only the photo or text needed is passed on, never your device identifier.
  • A prescription may contain personal details such as your name, date of birth, or clinic. If you only need the drug list, you may cover those parts before taking the photo.

2-2. Your Own API Key (optional)

If you register your own API key, the app communicates directly with the service below, without going through EasyAppLabs' server.

Depending on the feature, drug text, pill photos, or prescription photos are sent to the service you chose, under that service's privacy policy. Usage fees are billed to your own account.

2-3. Apple Intelligence (on-device)

If you choose the built-in AI on iOS 26 or later, analysis runs on your device and nothing is sent externally.

2-4. Public Data

Drug lookups call the Korean MFDS Public Data Portal API (apis.data.go.kr). No personal information other than the search term is sent.

To manage free AI usage limits and prevent abuse, the server keeps only the following. It does not keep names, contact details, photos, or prescription content.

iCloud Sync

App data such as your drug list is encrypted and stored in your iCloud account via CloudKit, and synced across devices signed in with the same Apple ID.

  • This data is stored on Apple's iCloud infrastructure and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
  • EasyAppLabs cannot access your iCloud data.

Advertising, Tracking & Analytics

The app includes no SDKs for advertising, tracking, or analytics (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics, Meta SDK).

Who This App Is For

This app is a reference tool for healthcare professionals and for anyone who wants to understand their own prescribed medications. It is not directed at children under 14.

Your Rights

  • Delete all data on your device, including saved prescriptions, via More → Reset in the app.
  • Manage or delete the app's iCloud storage in iOS Settings > Apple ID > iCloud.
  • API keys in Keychain are removed when the app is deleted.
  • To access or delete usage data kept on the server, contact us below.
